We will stay in close contact via phone calls, texting, and email support. Using the data that your baby gives us we will fine-tune the sleep plan so that we reach our goal of a well-rested baby and family.
In an average of 2-3 short weeks your baby or toddler will be:
Putting himself to sleep without the help of sleep props such as rocking, pacifier, or feeding.
Sleeping 10-12 hours overnight (with 1 feeding if needed based on weight, usually no feeds by 5-6 months),
Following a predictable, age-appropriate schedule with independent naps.

Newborn Sleep Consulting
Birth through 11 weeks old
The Newborn Plan is gradual release of independent sleep, so that by 12 week your baby will be prop-free and falling asleep independently. Starting healthy sleep habits from the start allows you to slowly shape your newborn's sleep to avoid the drama of sleep training.
Infant Sleep Consulting
12 Weeks - 23 Months
