The Fourth Trimester Tribe

A postpartum support group

Come on a 12-week journey of motherhood with me as your guide. You will join a community of moms who are in the trenches along with you. During this time you will get practical advice on all things newborn from both the expert, and other mothers. You will have moms come alongside you and encourage you, cheer you on and may even be up with you at 2 am feeding! Lastly you will learn how to find your OWN voice, values, and opinions on this thing called parenthood.
