Sleep Consulting Services

Every baby is different. That's why you need a sleep plan that works for your baby, not a one-size-fits-all solution. The secret is the troubleshooting during our time together.

Postpartum Doula Services

With my postpartum doula care we will work together to advocate for yourself and your baby, troubleshoot to find ways to go from surviving this phase to thriving, and I will be stepping in to fill the physical needs that come with bringing home a newborn.
