* Overnight "awake care" support will ensure that the doula stays awake to monitor the newborn throughout the night as well as perform light housekeeping and tasks relating to newborn care.
Virtual Postpartum Doula Services
During our virtual postpartum sessions I will support you via phone/zoom or text during these stressful weeks. I will hold your hand virtually and we can troubleshoot the things that aren't working, and find ways to bring more peace and predictability into your new life with a newborn
Phone/Zoom Calls
When you have that day that breaks you, hop on the phone with me, where you will receive emotional support as well as practical ideas that you can implement with your newborn in the areas of struggle, whether it's feeding, sleep, or how to juggle it all.
